My Fire Sprinkler Design fees vary, for example;
I could offer a Residential Fire Sprinkler System layout, inclusive of
the e-Plan/blueprint, Hydraulic Calculations, Material Data Sheets (cut-sheets)
and Stock-listing of materials for as low as $XXXX base fee plus XX cents/per sq. ft. of the gross area:
if YOU are able to provide the Architectural drawings, Site plan, Plot-Plan (or Plat)
and the municipal water supply information. Much of this information
is usually already available when building new construction.
*Minimum Design Fee is $XXXX Base plus XXcents/sq ft. for a new residential NFPA13D Wet System. Actual fee can vary based on complexity of plans/design
